Meditation Drum Circle Groups
What to expect
Participants will be sitting or laying down.
We will start off with some simple breathing exercises to get us grounded into our bodies and the present moment.
Participants will then be gently guided through the meditation of the month in relation to the theme of that month, with drumming happing in the beginning of and throughout the meditation.
After the guided meditation and drumming are complete, participants will have the opportunity to discuss anything that came up during the meditation.
What to bring
Participants need only bring an open mind and present awareness the day of the group session.
You may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow, however remember the purpose is to remain somewhat conscious during the session so you may get the most benefit from the meditation and drumming.
I also recommend you bring a water bottle, as energy work may leave you with a need to rehydrate.
Who can benefit from this
Anyone 18+ may join, as some themes may not be suitable for children.
Anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and/or in need of relaxation are welcome.
Those with disabilities are also welcome, as long as they can stay still for the duration of the meditation itself.
Participants relax into their bodies while I guide them deep into their subconscious using drums and meditation.
Each month has a different theme. I can also do requested group circles if you have a group of people who are interested.
Groups are held on the first Wednesday of the month at 3pm MST, unless otherwise specified.
