Premier Service Offering

This is an in-person, 3 day experience with ongoing personal growth and development.

In this experience, I help you energetically release what holds you back from living your best life, by diving deep into your subconscious with love and gentleness, clearing the way for greater wellbeing and homeostasis by using Reiki Practices, Shamanic Journeys, Sound Healing, and/or Sensory Smells using doTERRA Essential Oils.

Post session follow up and monthly clearings as needed are available for up to 6 months after the experience, to ensure complete integration and continual soul growth.

Day/Week 1

Grounding Meditation and Energetic Assessment

We will start off by discussing any concerns or questions you may have, including any circumstances or situations in your life that you would like to work out in the upcoming sessions.

Next, I will guide you through a gentle meditation to calm your nervous system and relax your mind and body, while using drums, singing bowls, and/or essential oils.

Once you are fully grounded into yourself, I perform a chakra and energetic assessment using reiki techniques. This will allow me to see specifically where in your energy field blockages are, while also channeling loving life force energy into your energy centers.

Day/Week 2

The Journeying Begins

First we will discuss anything that came up during your time away from my sessions, as well as decide which type of journey will be right for your specific needs.

There are a number of shamanic journeys I can guide you through, which include:

  • Cord Clearing and Energetic Wound Healing

  • Transmuting Energetic Intrusions (Psychic Surgery)

  • Shifting Energy of Past Events (this life ONLY)

  • Time Travel to Prevent Soul Loss or to Attain Soul Recovery (this life ONLY)

After our brief chat, we will begin by doing a simple vagal technique and breathing exercise to get you into an open state of mind. This will allow your subconscious to be at peak while calming your conscious mind so the journey can be as beneficial as possible.

Once the agreed upon shamanic journey is complete, I will gently guide you out and perform a grounding technique to anchor you back into your physical body, and we will discuss anything that came up. You will receive some integration and post care instructions at this time to get the most out of your experience.

Day/Week 3

Integration Day

We will again start by discussing anything that came up during the time away from sessions and how integration is going so far.

After discussing and deciding where integration is settling, I will perform another reiki chakra assessment to channel more loving life force energy into your energetic field and centers, completing the healing process gently and with care.

We will end the sessions by discussing ongoing care and integration follow ups that may be needed. These are done on a case by case basis and can include weekly or monthly check ins, as needed.
